Highway Mastery Program

he Highway Mastery Program is a comprehensive 3-month offline practical training program designed to equip civil engineering students, diploma holders, graduates, and working professionals with the technical and practical skills required to excel in the highway construction industry. The course bridges the gap between academic knowledge and real-world execution by covering every stage of a highway project, from road classification, alignment, surveying, embankment construction, pavement design, and MORTH specifications to quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, billing engineering, contract management, and project documentation. Participants learn through classroom sessions, live project discussions, practical demonstrations, and industry-standard software and Excel-based calculations, enabling them to understand how highway projects are executed from start to finish.

The program emphasizes hands-on learning and industry readiness, with on-site training, real project case studies, drawing interpretation, measurement sheet preparation, billing procedures, tendering processes, and exposure to NHAI and MORTH standards. Students also gain practical experience in flexible and rigid pavement construction, earthwork calculations, road furniture works, labor and machinery planning, highway billing, contract agreements, and preparation of running and final bills. To further enhance employability, the course includes assessment, certification, and mock interview sessions conducted by experienced industry professionals. By the end of the program, participants are prepared to confidently take up roles in highway and infrastructure projects with a strong understanding of both technical execution and project management practices.
