Quantity Surveying Building
The Quantity Surveying – Building program is a comprehensive 2-month offline practical training course designed to provide in-depth knowledge of quantity surveying and cost management for residential, commercial, and industrial building projects. The program covers building quantity surveying, billing engineering, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, bar bending schedules, estimation, and complete building construction processes, helping participants gain practical expertise in construction measurement and project costing.
The course includes practical exercises based on live building projects, enabling learners to prepare detailed estimates, perform quantity calculations, manage contractor bills, and understand construction documentation. Upon completion, participants are equipped to work as Quantity Surveyors, Billing Engineers, Estimation Engineers, Site Engineers, and Project Engineers in real estate, construction, and infrastructure organizations.
