Construction Project Management - Primavera & MS Project
The Construction Project Management using MS Project program is a 1.5-month offline practical training course designed for civil engineers, project engineers, planners, and construction professionals who want to master project planning and scheduling using Microsoft Project. The curriculum covers project creation, WBS development, activity planning, resource allocation, scheduling, Gantt charts, critical path analysis, cost and time control, baseline management, progress tracking, reporting, dashboards, and project monitoring, enabling participants to effectively manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
The course combines software-based learning with real construction case studies, allowing participants to create project schedules, assign resources, monitor project progress, identify delays, generate reports, and optimize project performance.
